Jaime Ryan

Jaime Ryan has a wide range of experience in the technology industry. Most recently, Jaime worked as the Vice President of Product Management at Boomi starting in March 2023. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2023, Jaime held the same role at Axway. From 2019 to 2020, Jaime worked as the Head of Strategy for Layer7 API Management at Broadcom Inc. From 2013 to 2019, Jaime served as the Senior Director of Product Management and Strategy for API Management at CA Technologies. Before CA Technologies, Jaime worked at Layer 7 Technologies as a Partner Solutions Architect from 2011 to 2013, where they were responsible for technical integrations with partner ISVs and supporting ISV partners and channel sales. Before that, from 2005 to 2011, Jaime held multiple roles at IBM, including Sales Engineering Lead, Author of the DataPower SOA Appliance Handbook, Technical Sales Specialist for DataPower SOA Appliances, and IT Architect. In these positions, Jaime gained extensive knowledge and experience with DataPower devices and services. Earlier in Jaime's career, they worked as an SOA Architect at TeamSOA, Inc. and as a Lead Software Engineer at Blue Titan Inc. They also worked as a Software Engineer/Documentation Manager at VelociGen and as a Software Engineer at Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Overall, Jaime Ryan has a track record of leadership and expertise in product management, strategy, integration, and architecture within the technology industry.

Jaime Ryan has a Master's degree in Data Science and Engineering from UC San Diego, which was obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Jaime earned a B.S. in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, and Literature/Writing (Minor) from UC San Diego between 1996 and 2000. Jaime also attended Notre Dame High School from 1992 to 1996. In terms of additional certifications, Jaime has obtained certifications in API security architecture, SAFe Agilist, IBM SOA solution design, XML and related technologies, and WebSphere DataPower appliances from various institutions over the years.
