Michael Bachman

Michael Bachman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michael started their career at DHL as an Account Representative before moving on to MTI Technology as an SAE. Michael then joined Quantum as a Pre-Sales Systems Engineer and later worked at H.A. Storage as a Technical Account Manager. At Dell | Compellent, Michael served as an Enterprise Technologist and Principal Storage Architect, specializing in Dell storage architectures. Michael then transitioned to Code 42 as an Enterprise Systems Engineer, where they focused on architecting secure backup and sync environments. Following that, Michael joined Dell as a Principal Architect and Senior Technologist, where they played a vital role in the growth and development of the Live Optics platform. Currently, Michael works at Boomi, where they have held various roles, including Global Architect, Head of Architecture and AI Strategy for the Boomi Innovation Group, and Global Architect and Principal Technologist for the Boomi Emerging Technologies Group.

Michael Bachman completed coursework toward a Masters in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at the University of Pennsylvania from 2012 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in International Affairs and German Studies from Lewis & Clark College between 1995 and 1999.
