Patrick Collins

Patrick Collins has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Patrick began their career as a Captain in the Indian Army, where they successfully led challenging mobilization and re-engineering projects. Following their military service, Patrick held various roles in the private sector, including Manager of Human Resources at Ballarpur Industries Limited, where they spearheaded organizational development initiatives. Patrick later served as Vice President of Human Resources at The Global Green Company Limited, playing a key role in European acquisitions and developing long-term business plans. Patrick then took on the role of Vice President of Organizational Development and Talent Management at Avantha Group, where they implemented leadership capability enhancement and talent management strategies. Patrick subsequently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, where they delivered transformative change and implemented progressive HR policies. Most recently, Patrick worked as a Strategic Human Resources Advisor at Collins Canvas before joining Boomitra as Director of Human Resources, where they formulate and delivers impactful HR programs and oversees talent acquisition strategies. Patrick Collins earned a Bachelor's Degree in B.Sc. from Elphinstone College, University of Mumbai, from 1977 to 1981. Patrick also holds a certification in Global Professional in HR from HRI, USA.
