David Wright

David Wright is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and systems architecture across multiple organizations. Currently working at Boom since August 2025, David has previously held senior engineering roles at Strac and Yesler Building Materials Marketplace, where responsibilities included integrating large language models, developing Microsoft 365 integrations, and enhancing marketplace features. David's experience at Amazon Web Services involved co-leading the design and launch of AWS IoT Events and mentoring junior engineers, while earlier positions at Amazon focused on data warehousing and frontend development. David's career began at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, where internal tools and control systems were developed for complex experiments. David holds a BS in Physics from the University of Washington.
