Jackie Hutter

Jackie Hutter is an advisor at Boomtown Accelerators and a co-founder of The Lean Legal Team of Michael Hutter LLC. Jackie has been working as a business counselor, IP strategist, and patent lawyer since April 2013.

Jacki grew up in the Midwest and after several years of working as an IP strategy and business adviser, they realized that there had to be a better legal service model. One that would be more focused on the client's needs rather than the law firm's bottom line. So, they decided to start their own firm with their colleague Ephraim Michael.

The Lean Legal Team of Michael / Hutter represents business leaders who recognize the value provided by in-house counsel over traditional forms of outside legal representation. The firm is passionate about helping startup entrepreneurs and provides high quality legal representation at 50% or more less than their peers.

Jackie is a strong believer in the power of Lean business practices and is always looking for ways to improve the client experience. Jackie is committed to providing their clients with the best possible service and strives to make the legal process as efficient and stress-free as possible.

Jackie Hutter has a JD from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly The John Marshall Law School), an MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Cincinnati, and a BS in Chemistry and Mathematics from Barry University. Jackie is also a Registered Patent Attorney.
