Starting their career as an air traffic controller in the U.S. Air Force, Robert developed essential skills in leadership and stress management, which have been instrumental throughout their HR journey. They have successfully managed employee relations and compliance across multiple regions, directed HR operations, and collaborated with top executives to influence organizational change. Currently, Robert is pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.A. in Human Resources Development while serving as the Human Resources Director at Boon-Chapman.
