Daniel Mennella

Daniel Mennella is an experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management and quality assurance. Currently serving as an Origination Manager at Boortmalt since 2020, Daniel previously held multiple roles at Cargill, including Supply Chain Manager for barley, overseeing a budget of $100 million and managing a diverse team of 30 employees across South America, as well as serving as Merchant Sr for flour milling operations. Prior experience includes Quality Assurance Manager positions at Molinos Rio de la Plata, overseeing quality for seven milling plants, and at Danone - Bagley, where responsibilities included customer service and implementing ISO 9000 standards for three cookie plants. Daniel began their career as Plant Manager at Bagley SA, managing a coffee plant's operations. Daniel holds a degree in chemical engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
