BOOST is a youth-led development organization committed to expanding inclusive pathways to skills development, employability, entrepreneurship, innovation, and climate resilience.

We work at the intersection of youth leadership, digital transformation, enterprise development, and systems change, equipping young people with the skills, opportunities, networks, and resources they need to transition successfully from learning to earning. Through strategic partnerships with government, academia, industry, development partners, and communities, we design and scale solutions that empower young people to become drivers of inclusive economic growth and sustainable development.

Our work focuses on five key areas: Employability and Entrepreneurship, Climate Action and Green Skills, Digital and AI Innovation, Partnerships and Systems Influence, and Organisational Excellence. Through flagship initiatives including Enactus Zimbabwe, innovation hubs, startup support programmes, digital skills training, and youth enterprise acceleration, we are building an ecosystem where young people can innovate, lead, and thrive.

With a vision of a future where young people drive inclusive economic growth, climate resilience, and innovation-led development, BOOST is creating opportunities for the next generation of changemakers across Zimbabwe and beyond.
