Ben Allen

Ben Allen is a seasoned entrepreneur and founder of Myley and Boost, with extensive experience in the social care sector. They previously served as the Chief Executive of Oomph! Wellness, the largest provider of wellbeing services for older people in the UK, where they achieved notable growth and engagement. Ben co-founded the Care Innovation Hub and held leadership positions in various organizations, including the UK Advisory Board to the G8 Impact Investment Taskforce and The Care Workers Charity, significantly increasing revenue and support for care workers. Currently, Ben holds positions as Non Executive Director at Sensio and Purozo, while continuing to shape innovative solutions in care through their ventures. Ben earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Leisure Management from The University of Hull.
