Leah Cooke

Leah Cooke is currently the Head of Quality and Governance at Boost, where they lead initiatives to ensure high standards in care delivery. They have a background in healthcare, having worked as a Care Specialist at Barchester Healthcare, and later as a Specialist Advisor for the Care Quality Commission. Leah has held various roles in quality compliance and training, including positions at Quality Compliance Systems and as a Social Care Consultant. They also have practical experience as a carer with Dorset Shared Lives and have contributed to policy reviews for residential care services as a self-employed expert. Leah earned a BSC in Health Studies, Nursing from Bournemouth University.
