Nathan Donaldson is the CEO of Boost. Over the past decade, they transformed Boost into one of the best workplaces in Australasia and guided it to be WorldBlu-certified as a democratic workplace—the first in Australasia. They mentored startups, spoke at Agile 2014, and helped organize Startup Weekend in Queenstown, NZ. Earlier in their career, they served as CEO of Boost Agile (Global) from 2011 to 2016, and held roles as a designer, tutor, lecturer, and trustee.
