Clay Cardozo

Clay Cardozo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2020, Clay worked at boost.ai as the Head of Integrations, where they were responsible for product management, strategy, and engineering leadership for the integration offering of Boost.ai. Prior to this, Clay served as the Head of Technology Partnerships at boost.ai, where they focused on expanding the global presence of the company. Before joining Boost.ai, Clay worked as a Strategic Partner Manager at the same company, leveraging their customer service experience in the financial services industry.

In 2019, Clay worked at CoLife as a UX Designer, where they redesigned online forms to enhance the user experience and increase completion rates. Additionally, Clay completed a UX Design Immersive program at General Assembly in the same year. During this program, they completed a series of projects that showcased their proficiency in various aspects of UX design, such as user research, data synthesis, information architecture, and prototyping.

Clay's career began in 2007 at Foresters Financial Services, where they held multiple roles including Practice Development Coach, Assistant Vice President, Regional Recruiter, Administrative Principal, and Financial Services Representative. Overall, Clay's work experience demonstrates their expertise in product management, strategy, UX design, and financial services.

Clay Cardozo obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management degree from UC San Diego, with a duration of four years from 2003 to 2007. Later on, Clay completed a Certificate of Completion from General Assembly in 2019, specializing in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design.
