DIM Borith

DIM Borith is the Head of Operations at Boost Capital, where they lead the Cambodia operations team to ensure well-organized customer services and good loan quality. Previously, Borith served as Operations Manager at Boost Capital and held various roles in banking, including Deputy Branch Manager at PPCBank and Chief Credit Officer at Sathapana Bank. Borith began their career in customer service at VisionFund (Cambodia) and served as Branch Sales Manager at AMK Microfinance Institution Plc. Borith holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cambodian University for Specialties, as well as degrees in English/Language Arts Teacher Education.
