Elizabeth Carter

Elizabeth Carter, currently the Director of Expanded Learning at Bright Star Schools, oversees the planning, implementation, operation, budget, evaluation, and supervision of all ELO-P programs. Additionally, Elizabeth serves as a BOOST Ambassador at BOOST Collaborative, advocating for youth and learning initiatives. As an Associate Board Member at PLUS ME Project, Elizabeth continues to be actively involved in the community. Elizabeth previously held the position of Director of Strategic Program Initiatives and Special Events at After-School All-Stars, Los Angeles, showcasing their dedication to enhancing educational opportunities for youth. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCLA and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Fullerton College.
