Steve Wilson is a seasoned professional in the multimedia and events industry, currently serving as Co-Founder at BOOST COMMUNICATIONS since March 2025. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Live Streaming and Events at Splash Damage from October 2022 to January 2025, where oversight of consumer event strategies was a key responsibility. Previously, at Jagex from November 2017 to October 2022, Steve held dual roles as Associate Video Director and Head of Video & Live Production, managing video projects and live productions. Earlier experiences at Multiplay (UK) Ltd from September 2009 to November 2017 as a Graphic Designer and Events Stage Production Manager contributed to expertise in live stage production, particularly in enhancing the Insomnia Gaming Festival. Steve’s career began as a Web Developer/Designer at the General Teaching Council for England from November 2005 to August 2009. Steve holds a BSc Hons in Multimedia Computing from the University of Staffordshire, completed in January 2005.
