Eric Chong has more than 30 years of senior leadership experience across telecom, logistics and fintech. They founded BoostBiz, a B2B fintech that provides digital business solutions and digital microlending for SMEs and micro businesses. They currently chair Boost Connect and serve as an Independent Non-Executive Director for Bio Verde Technologies Sdn Bhd and SIRIM Calibration Sdn. Bhd., and advise the ESG Association of Malaysia. Their career included leadership roles at organizations such as Axiata Digital Services, Celcom Axiata Berhad, Motorola, TNT Express, DiGi Telecommunications, PT Smartfren Telecom, Maxis, and Hello Axiata Cambodia, with a geographic focus across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, Cambodia and Australia/New Zealand. They earned an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and completed an Executive Management Program at INSEAD.
