Mary Roach has over 19 years of work experience in the energy and technology sectors. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder and COO of Boost Technology. From 2004-2008, they were Hydro Operations Program Manager and Project Management Leadership Program at GE Power & Water. In 2003, they were Project Manager at GE Hydro. From 2001-2003, they were Field Engineer at Schlumberger Oilfield Services.

Mary Roach obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University between 1997 and 2001. Mary then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford between 2009 and 2010. Additionally, they are certified as a 6 Sigma Green Belt.
