Founder
Gayle Terzis is an ICF PCC Executive Coach, an HEC Paris-certified Organisational Coach, a Firework Licensed Career Coach and a DISC Certified Trainer , with a background in banking and more than 10 years of experience in international corporate environments. She holds an MBA form École Supérieure Des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales – ESSEC, Paris. 
Having worked in demanding business settings across Paris, London and Beirut, she brings both business understanding and coaching depth to her work with leaders, teams and organisations.
