Derek B. currently serves as the Controller at Boost VC, where they focus on deep tech investments. Previously, they worked as a Product Manager at Sydecar and held roles such as Senior Fund Accountant at Carta and Fellow at On Deck. Derek began their career as a Revenue Accountant for the Seattle Seahawks & Sounders FC and has also worked at Juniper Square and Parametric in various financial and strategic capacities. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Santa Clara University.
