Stephanie Alexander

Stephanie Alexander has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1999, they worked as a Financial Analyst at MCI WorldCom, where they streamlined report preparation and developed detailed revenue reports. From 2000 to 2002, they were a Senior Financial Analyst at Porter Novelli, overseeing $24 million in commercial contracts. At Innovative Concepts from 2002 to 2006, Stephanie served as a Program Manager, leading multiple key programs worth over $10 million annually. Stephanie then joined Precise Systems, Inc. as a Business Manager and later became the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for financial integrity and compliance. In 2012, they founded BOOST LLC, providing support and advisory services to government contractors. Stephanie's latest role is as a CoFounder & Partner at govmates, a technology scouting tool and teaming partner platform for government contractors. Alongside their professional roles, Stephanie is also a renowned speaker and panelist, sharing insights on innovation, leadership, and effective team building.

Stephanie Alexander holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business, obtained in 2012. Stephanie also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the same institution, acquired between 1994 and 1998. In 2015, Stephanie completed the National Cohort 4 Graduate program in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations at Babson College. Stephanie pursued further education in Executive Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being at George Mason University in 2019. Stephanie has obtained various certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, AM.APMP, Shipley Business Development Basic Certification, PMP, and Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
