Peter Nikolaiev

Peter Nikolaiev has a diversified work experience. Peter started their career in 2012 as a Web & SMM Project Manager at OK Internet, where they managed various Facebook applications for product promotion. Peter then joined Liberty Communications as a Project Manager in 2013, where they optimized business processes and implemented project management tools. In 2014, they worked at Creatio as a Web Project Manager and Product Owner, leading a team of 11 people and collaborating with various marketing departments. In 2017, Peter joined Boosta as a Product Manager, eventually becoming the Chief Product Officer in 2020. In their current role, they manage over 130 people and is responsible for revenue growth, product strategy, and innovation. In 2021, Peter founded Boosta Startup Factory, securing investment for three startups. Peter also founded Hot Pies in 2023. Overall, Peter Nikolaiev has demonstrated expertise in product management, project management, and entrepreneurship.

Peter Nikolaiev holds a Bachelor's degree in Documentation from the Open International University of Human Development Ukraine, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. In 2018, they obtained a CXL Certified Optimizer degree from CXL.
