Hao Cheng currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Booster Robotics since August 2023. Prior to this, Hao Cheng held multiple leadership positions at ByteDance from September 2017 to July 2023, including Head of Efficiency Engineering, Head of HCM System, and Head of Lark Calendar. Before joining ByteDance, Hao Cheng was the CEO of Zhaoxi from January 2014 to September 2017, overseeing the development of a smart social calendar application. Early in the career, Hao Cheng worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon from July 2013 to January 2014, and as an SDE Intern from September 2012 to January 2013. Hao Cheng earned a Master's degree in Automation and a Bachelor's degree in Automation from Tsinghua University, completing studies in 2013 and 2010, respectively.
