Millie Welsh

Millie Welsh is an experienced professional in leadership development with a career spanning several organizations. Currently serving as a Leader Development Consultant at Booster since January 2022, Millie previously held positions at Roam - Work, Meet, Office, including Leadership Development Partner and Experience Associate from March 2015 to December 2021. Prior to that, Millie was the Director of Development at Redeemed Girl Ministries from August 2013 to March 2015. Millie’s extensive experience began with Campus Crusade for Christ, where Millie worked as Regional Director from June 1987 to May 2013. Millie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Bryan College, earned between 1983 and 1987.
