Shane Murphy

Shane Murphy has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as Founder and CEO of Just Add Water Entertainment from 2005 to 2011. During this time, they increased sales revenue by over 300% year over year. From 2011 to 2015, Shane worked as a Sales Leader, Manager of Sales, and then a Sales Representative at American HealthCare Lending, Prosper Marketplace, and Novarad, respectively. In 2016, they became Head of Sales at Jolt, where they tripled revenue in less than 10 months and scaled the AE team. In 2021, Shane began working as a Branded Marketplace Marketing Partner at a Branded Hospitality Marketplace. Lastly, from 2017 to present, Shane has been Co-Founder and CEO of Boostly, providing an automated text marketing and feedback system to restaurants.

Shane Murphy is currently enrolled in Y Combinator, and is expected to complete the program in 2022. Prior to this, they attained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Integrated Studies - Business Management and Music from Utah Valley University. Shane also completed the Startup Ignition program, which focuses on Entrepreneurship. In addition, Shane has obtained certifications from Pitch Anything and Cardone Training Technologies, Inc., including Pitch Mastery - Oren Klaff in July 2015 and Cardone University Sales Training in August 2014.
