Grady W.

Grady W. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2015, they worked as a Construction Apprentice at Carlen and Co. Construction, where they gained hands-on experience in the construction industry. Grady continued this role in 2016 and 2017.

In 2017, Grady took on the role of Arch Tech Group - Web Developer at the Institute For Student Business Education (ISBE), where they contributed to rebuilding the website for Northwestern University's tech and entrepreneurship club, Arch. Grady worked collaboratively to create wireframes, prototypes, and final pages.

During the same year, Grady also worked as a User Experience Consultant at Form & Function Marketing, where they reviewed the web presence of BrewBike, a coffee startup. Grady provided comprehensive documentation outlining potential improvements in usability and visuals.

Grady co-founded RoominateNU in 2017 and served as the Co-Founder and CEO. Grady led the operations, strategy, and web development for this decor-as-a-service platform targeting students. Grady successfully scaled the business, securing acceptance into Launch and Wildfire accelerators at Northwestern University.

In 2018, Grady joined Zazmic Inc as an Associate Product Manager. Here, they led the design, development, and growth of Zazmic Inc's agile management and product development SaaS tool called Z-Stream. Grady guided the implementation of critical functionalities, conducted meetings and standups, and managed a team of 10 employees.

In the same company, Grady also held the position of Product Design Intern for a brief period in 2018. Grady gained further experience in product design and development.

Grady briefly worked as a Digital Marketing & UX Intern at GoHealth in 2020, before joining boostr in 2022 as a Product Manager. Overall, Grady has a strong background in product management, web development, and user experience, demonstrating their ability to drive innovation and enhance products.

Grady W. completed their high school education at Piedmont High School from 2013 to 2017, where they received the honor of being the Salutatorian of the Class of 2017. Grady then pursued higher education at Northwestern University from 2017 to 2021, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Arabic. In addition to their formal education, Grady W. obtained additional certifications in Data Science Foundations: Fundamentals and Scrum: Advanced from LinkedIn in April 2020.
