Grady W. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2015, they worked as a Construction Apprentice at Carlen and Co. Construction, where they gained hands-on experience in the construction industry. Grady continued this role in 2016 and 2017.
In 2017, Grady took on the role of Arch Tech Group - Web Developer at the Institute For Student Business Education (ISBE), where they contributed to rebuilding the website for Northwestern University's tech and entrepreneurship club, Arch. Here, they led the design, development, and growth of Zazmic Inc's agile management and product development SaaS tool called Z-Stream.
