Mike Shannon

Mike Shannon has a diverse work experience. Mike began their career in 2009 as a Business Manager for SJL Shannon - Legal Career Management, where they performed in-house accounting and managed human resources functions. In 2010, they joined Von Design Ltd. as a Finance Manager, where they implemented marketing strategies, advised owners on cost-cutting methods, and benchmarked competitors. In 2014, they became an MBA Candidate at the City University of New York. In 2015, they joined Ready Set Rocket as a Director of Finance, Associate Director of Finance & Operations, and Account Manager, where they managed project processes, organized interdisciplinary teams, and owned product quality and timeline management. Most recently, they joined boostr in 2021 as the Director of Finance and Operations.

Mike Shannon received their B.A. in Sociology from Columbia University in 2009. Mike then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The City University of New York, which they completed in 2016.
