İrem Polat currently holds the position of Senior Performance Marketing Executive at BoostRoas, managing full funnel digital activities for various brands. Prior to this, İrem also worked as a Performance Marketing Executive and Specialist. Alongside their corporate roles, İrem also runs their own independent entrepreneurial venture. İrem holds a Master's degree in Nanotechnology from İzmir Katip Çelebi Üniversitesi and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University.
