Jonathan Serafini

Jonathan Serafini has extensive experience in the field of DevOps and IT administration. Jonathan has worked for various companies, starting with IBM Global Services in 2005, where they served as a Subject Matter Expert and provided training and technical support. Jonathan led a project to streamline technical documents and re-organized the ticketing system for the service desk.

Jonathan then worked at LightSpeed Retail from 2009 to 2017, first as a Hosting Administrator providing technical support and troubleshooting for a PHP eCommerce solution. Jonathan later moved on to roles such as IT Administrator, Senior IT Administrator, and DevOps developer/Sysadmin. Jonathan then joined Elevate Security as a Senior DevOps in 2019, where they designed and deployed secure AWS infrastructure and achieved SOC2 certification. Jonathan also worked on highly available and secure Kubernetes clusters and standardized CircleCi configurations.

Jonathan'smost recent role is as a Senior DevOps at boostsecurity.io, where they design and deploys secure multi-account AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Github Actions. Jonathan also designs and deploys secure Github configurations and highly available Kubernetes clusters.
