Einar Risberg is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in leading human resources initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as HR-sjef at Boots Norge AS since November 2021, Einar focuses on the development and standardization of effective HR processes and the digitalization of operational tasks. Previously, Einar held the position of HR-sjef at Kid Interiør and Norli AS, where responsibilities included strategic HR development, implementation of training programs, and organizational changes to enhance operational effectiveness. Einar's earlier roles included HR- og HMS-ansvarlig at Dolly Dimple's and an HR-konsulent position at ICA Norge AS, providing comprehensive HR advice and managing personnel-related matters.
