They previously held roles including Head of Supply Chain Quality at Walgreens Boots Alliance and New Business and New Product Implementation Manager at COSI, where they introduced new product lines across manufacturing sites. Andy has also worked as a consultant, providing end-to-end supply chain solutions for FMCG companies, and has extensive experience in various supply chain roles across multiple organizations, including Revlon and The Royal Mint. They earned a BA Hons in Welsh from St David's University College Lampeter.
