Beth Chapman

Beth Chapman currently serves as the Head of Prestige Beauty and Haircare at Boots UK, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Beth was the Senior National Accounts Manager for Clinique and Dr Jart+ at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from December 2021 to March 2023, and from January 2018 to December 2021, contributed to Boots UK as the Customer and Category Manager for Premium Beauty, focusing on category growth and strategic partnerships. Early career experiences include roles as an Assistant Category Manager and Assistant Store Manager at Boots UK, as well as participation in the Global Commercial Graduate Programme at Walgreens Boots Alliance. Beth holds a First-Class Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and Hispanic Studies from The University of Sheffield.
