Jane Rumens

Jane Rumens has a diverse work experience history. Jane began their career as a Category Manager at Sainsburys Supermarkets Ltd in 1999. Jane then moved on to become the Operations Director at Making Counters Matter in 2005, where they led a team responsible for improving service counter offers at retailers. In 2013, they joined Boots UK as a Senior Finance Manager for stores before progressing to roles such as Senior Manager Manpower Planning, Head of Operations Development, Head of Loss, and Director of Retail Operations and Loss. Jane'sresponsibilities at Boots UK included financial analysis, manpower planning, and leading a team to develop retail operations strategies and maximise profits across stores.

Jane Rumens completed their Bachelor of Science Honors in Management from The University of Manchester in 1999. Prior to that, they attended Loughborough High School from 1988 to 1995. Recently, they also obtained their Master of Business Administration from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, graduating in 2021.
