Matt Semmelhack

Matt Semmelhack has a diverse work experience, starting from 2004 to the present. Matt began as a Real Estate Salesperson at Manhattan Apartments Inc. In 2006, they joined The Concord Group as an Associate. In 2008, they founded and became the CEO of MERCER RESTAURANT GROUP LLC, where they worked until 2019. During this time, they also held various positions at Thistle, including Director of Delivery Experience and Director of Strategic Operations & Innovation. Currently, since August 2019, Matt is the Co-Founder and CEO of Boox.

Matt Semmelhack obtained their Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Princeton University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In addition, they obtained a certification in Introductory Sommelier from The Court of Master Sommeliers in June 2012.
