Boozt consists of +1100 employees from more than 60+ nationalities; our diverse teams help us build an innovative and vibrant workplace.

You can find our offices in Malmö, Sweden, Boozt Innovation Lab in the heart of Copenhagen, a data science team in Aarhus, Denmark, our two tech offices in Vilnius, Lithuania, and in Poznan, Poland, and our fully automated warehouse in Ängelholm (one of the world's biggest AutoStores). In 2026 we will move our HQ to Krystallen at Kalvebod Brygge, Copenhagen. 


We focus on many areas to build the Boozt brand, but we have chosen to hone in on five. These main areas include developing the customer experience, strengthening the relationship with our brands, the brand selection, utilising an in-house home-grown system and choosing sustainable infrastructures for future expansion and the environment.

Building a bond between our brands is also essential to Boozt. Boozt Media Partnership is a service in which we use our Nordic know-how and marketing expertise to offer our brand partners 360-degree campaigns, tailormade for the specific brand to reach and engage our Nordic customer.

We carefully select our brands to cater to our customer audience. Boozt has chosen to focus on building a strong Nordic customer base and brand, this is seen in our curated and contemporary selection with the majority being Nordic brands.

Integrated Technology Platform
Having full control over our systems allows us to control and develop the customer experience, strengthen the brand relationships, automate internal processes as well as enhance our value chain infrastructure. Since its inception, Boozt has continuously invested in its proprietary technology platform in order to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Boozt Giftshop introduces a new and dedicated way for companies across the Nordics to buy gifts for employees and partners. Built on Boozt’s existing e-commerce and logistics setup, the service gives businesses access to a wide range of high quality brands along with easy ordering, delivery and returns.
The concept is designed for occasions such as employee appreciation, onboarding, anniversaries and seasonal gifting. By using the same advanced systems that power Boozt’s consumer business, the Giftshop offers a smooth process and reliable fulfilment. The ambition is to become a leading supplier of corporate gifts in the Nordic region and to raise the standard for choice, service and flexibility in this market.

Boozt, the leading Nordic online department store, announces the plan to establish headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark.“The strategic decision to establish Boozt’s headquarter in a capital city provides us with the best possible platform to grow and develop our business in line with our long-term aspirations,” said Hermann Haraldsson, co-founder & CEO.The new office premises, Krystallen, is centrally located in Copenhagen, offering excellent connectivity to both Denmark and Sweden, where the company has its main operations. The establishment of a Copenhagen headquarters will offer improved access to a dynamic business environment and a robust talent pool that aligns with Boozt’s ambitions.“Our ambition is to remain among Europe’s most successful e-commerce companies. The timing of this establishment reflects our growth and development needs, supporting the continued positive momentum that has defined our journey,” said Hermann Haraldsson. Procedures and timeline for the establishment of the headquarters are currently being finalised. Boozt is expected to relocate to the new Copenhagen premises in the first quarter of 2026.

Malmö office

Boozt Fulfilment Centre is our fully automated and environmentally optimized warehouse, located in Ängelholm, Sweden. Here we handle both packaging and returns with the help of the world's largest AutoStore installation, as well as taking product images for our websites in our in-house photo studio.
