Ryan Behles

Ryan Behles is a respected and self-motivated professional currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Bora Pharmaceuticals. With extensive experience in program management, Ryan has led large-scale CMC projects, including solid dosage and Gene Therapy AAV programs from Phase I to commercial launch. Ryan previously held significant roles at Catalent Pharma Solutions and Paragon Bioservices, demonstrating a strong ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology and an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Washington College.
