Des North

Des North is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma. They served as Operations Manager at CSR from 1990 to 1998, and later held significant roles at Boral, including National Operations Manager from 1998 to 2010 and C & C National Lean Manager, a position they continue to hold. Des was the Group Operational Excellence Lead at Boral Ltd from 2019 to 2022. They earned a degree in Business Management and Law from the University of WA and Monash Victoria, completed in 1996.
