Luke Tavener is an accomplished project leader with extensive experience managing capital projects in various sectors. Currently serving as Portfolio Director for Capital Projects at Boral since July 2017, Luke is responsible for overseeing the Major Projects Capital Portfolio and driving project delivery across multiple initiatives. Previous roles at Boral include National Portfolio Manager and Head of Capital Projects, where strategic frameworks were developed to optimize ROI and facilitate organizational transition. With earlier experience at CS Energy, PT Dante Kreasindo, and Palladium, Luke has successfully led significant projects and transformation initiatives, enhancing governance and operational efficacy. Luke holds an MBA and a Master of Project Management from the University of Southern Queensland and the University of South Australia, respectively.
