Robert Sibbing

Robert Sibbing has over 35 years of experience in the asphalt production and road construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Boral since July 1989, with previous roles including Project Manager and Production Manager. This extensive experience encompasses batch plants, machinery operation, and personnel management. Robert holds OHS Certificate VI and Training and Assessing Certificate VI, and is skilled in lean management and Six Sigma methodologies, alongside Quality Assurance. Prior to Boral, Robert was the Director at Prestige Asphalt and Landscapes from 1987 to 1989, focusing on driveway and carpark construction. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Training and Assessing from Swinburne University of Technology, a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety from Holmesglen, and a VCE from Mount Lilydale Mercy College.
