Elsa BAILLY

Elsa Bailly serves as the Vice-President of Human Resources, Health, and Safety at Boralex, where they are a key member of the Executive Committee. Previously, they held various HR roles at Enel Green Power, Boralex Inc., AREVA T&D, and STEEP Plastique, contributing to the establishment and development of HR functions and processes. Elsa holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Wesford and a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from Sciences-U. Throughout their career, they have focused on talent development, organizational evolution, and supporting teams through change initiatives.
