Niels Herbert

Niels Herbert is a legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law and notarial services. Currently serving as a Chargé d’enseignement at Université Catholique de Lille since February 2024, Niels teaches property law to master’s level students. Niels has previously held positions as a Juriste immobilier at Lille Métropole Habitat and Boralex, as well as a Juriste at Bpifrance. Notably, Niels completed a notarial internship at PROUVOST & Associés and gained practical experience as a collaborateur stagiaire at both Etude d'administrateur judiciaire and Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce de Dunkerque. Niels holds multiple degrees from Université Catholique de Lille and a Diplome de notaire from INFN Institut national des formations notariales.
