Ryan Silva, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in trading and portfolio management. Currently serving as Partner & Head of Trading at Borderless since 2025, Ryan previously held the position of Head of Trading at BlockTower Capital from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, Ryan was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Celsius, overseeing CeFi Trading and Market Insights. Ryan's earlier roles include Portfolio Manager at KLS Diversified Asset Management LP, where a focus was placed on Macro Rates and Corporate Cash Treasury Strategies, and Assistant Vice President at RBS Greenwich Capital in Global Banking & Markets Finance. Ryan began a career in finance as a Sales Assistant at Merrill Lynch in a six-month rotational program covering Fixed Income Emerging Markets and Equity Trading. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University and is an alumnus of UNSW and Chaminade High School.
