In addition, Lewis has held significant positions at Cisco as GM/VP of CX Automation, Services, and Solutions Support, and at Dropbox as VP and Head of Global CX, Support, and Austin Site Lead. Additionally, Lewis was VP of Customer Experience and Support at ClearDATA, specializing in healthcare cloud computing.
