Louise Chen is an experienced logistics manager with a strong background in logistics product management, cost control, and e-commerce. Since March 2018, Louise has been with BorderX Lab, overseeing logistics operations, including export and import processes. Prior to this role, Louise worked at US FORWARDER INC. from 2015 to March 2018, managing freight forwarding and general operations while also serving as the IAC security coordinator. Louise took an extended maternity leave from 2009 to 2014 and previously held a position as an R&D Scientist at Integer Holdings Corp. from 2007 to 2008, where responsibilities included the R&D and prototyping of implantable pacemaker and defibrillator components. Louise Chen holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
