Will Preece

Will Preece has had a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Will started their career as a Trainee Surveyor at King Sturge in 2010 before joining JLL as a Surveyor specializing in South East Industrial Agency. Will then worked at CBRE as a Senior Surveyor from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, they joined Fletcher King as an Associate Director and stayed there until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at CANMOOR as an Asset Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Asset Management at Boreal IM since May 2023.

Will Preece completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theology and Religios Studies from the University of Bristol from 2006 to 2009. Will then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University from 2009 to 2010.
