Anouk de Graaf currently holds the position of Vice President Global People & Culture Business Partners at Borealis, leading a team of strategic partners across multiple regions, including Europe, the Americas, the UAE, and South Korea. With a robust background in human resources, Anouk has previously served as the Global HR Director for DSM Engineering Plastics and held various HR leadership roles within DSM, focusing on talent management and operational HR functions. Anouk also has experience in Philips, managing HR for business units in Europe. Anouk earned a Master’s Degree in Business Economics from Maastricht University.
