Claus Molin

Claus Molin has a diverse and extensive work experience. Claus began their career as a Turnaround Manager at Borealis in 1999. Claus then worked as a Plant Manager, leading a production team and being responsible for safety, quality, and quantity of the Polypropylene production plant. Claus Molin also served as the Group Operations Planning Manager for Polyethylene, where they remotely led a team of supply planners across Europe and was responsible for sales and operation planning. Claus later took on the role of Director of Innovation Centre at Borealis, leading a multicultural team across multiple countries and overseeing pilot plant operations and research labs. Claus also held positions as a Product Portfolio Manager, Planning Manager for Polyolefines, and the Head of Business Portfolio Management. Currently, Claus holds the position of Director of Product Asset Management LDPE at Borealis. Before joining Borealis, Claus worked as a Project Engineer at Siemens Power Generation, where they were involved in designing and engineering water treatment plants for steam power plants.

Claus Molin completed their Engineer degree in Process Engineering at Technische Universität Wien from 1991 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended BRG13 from 1982 to 1990.
