Daniela L. currently serves as a People & Culture Business Partner at Borealis since May 2024 and is a member of the local Management Team. Prior to this role, Daniela held various HR leadership positions, including Head of Human Resources at iSi Group and Senior Expert HR- Local HR Business Partner at OMV, where responsibilities included advising leadership on HR matters, overseeing interdepartmental HR projects, and optimizing HR processes. Daniela's HR expertise was further developed at CROMA-PHARMA as an HR Generalist- International, managing HR across multiple countries, leading projects, and implementing global HR standards. Additional experience includes personal management functions at VERBUND GETEC and customer account management roles at VERBUND and T-Mobile Austria. Daniela holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology & HR Management, and certifications in HR controlling and labor law.
