Eide Garcia

Eide Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Eide is currently working as the Managing Director Americas at Borealis since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director South America at Borealis from April 2020 to March 2023. Before joining Borealis, Eide worked at The Dow Chemical Company as a Sales Director for the South Region LA from October 2017 to March 2020, and also as a Sales Director from June 2016 to September 2017. Eide was the General Manager at Santa Vitoria Acucar e Alcool Ltda. from July 2012 to May 2016, where they successfully implemented operations for a ethanol plant and managed a large workforce. Eide also held various roles at Dow Chemical, including Associate Commercial Director from September 2010 to July 2012, Latin America Product Manager from March 2009 to August 2010, Latin America Market Development Manager from May 2006 to April 2007, and Sales Representative in Brazil area from January 2003 to April 2006. Throughout their career, Eide has demonstrated skills in sales, management, and market development in the chemical and fuel industries.

Eide Garcia attended the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business from 2008 to 2009, pursuing an MBA degree. Previously, from 1997 to 2002, Eide completed a degree in Chemical Engineering at USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
