Iris Zhou has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing across various companies in the Asia Pacific region. From 2014 to 2017, Iris served as Procurement Manager AP at W. R. Grace & Co., managing the regional supplier base and developing strategies to optimize Total Cost of Ownership. Prior to that, roles included Spend Area Main Buyer at AkzoNobel where insights on supplier rationalization were leveraged, and Category Manager at both Huntsman and ICI Paints, with a focus on developing sourcing strategies and maintaining purchasing operations. Currently, Iris holds the position of Asia Sourcing Category Manager at Borealis since February 2018, leading sourcing activities and driving strategic procurement initiatives in the Asia sourcing center.
