Jari Nikula

Jari Nikula has extensive experience in instrumentation and control supervision, having worked at Borouge from January 2014 to December 2017 as a Control Supervisor. Key responsibilities included overseeing the Borouge 3 project, implementing the Asset Performance Management System (Meridium), and supervising instrumentation and analyzers at the U&O plant. Prior to Borouge, Jari Nikula worked at Borealis, where roles included Instrument Work Planner and Supervisor of the Instrumentation Maintenance team in the Phenol and Aromatic Unit, managing a team of technicians and ensuring compliance with HSE standards. Jari Nikula began the career as an Analyzer Technician in the Ethylene Cracker unit, focusing on maintenance tasks. Education was completed at Rastor College with a degree as a Technical Expert in Electricity.
